SWEGHEIMERPhila mancelebratesbirthdayCharles Swegheimer of New Philadelphia was feted with two parties recently in celebration of his 90th birthday.Born on Sept. 25. in New Philadelphia, he is a son of the late Fred and Mary Swegheimer. He retired as a worker at Union Camp in Dover.One party was held in the Dutch Valley Restaurant and the other in the home of his granddaughter, Kathy Henley of New Philadelphia.Mr. Swegheimer is active in the Tuscarawas County Senior Citizens and enjoys playing cards.
