FELONY ARRESTS Christopher Ogden Cox, 31, of Stockton, was arrested by Yuba City po lice about 7:25 p.m. Oct. 18 at Bradley Estates at Blevins Road on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail. Mike Harris Estep, 52, of Redwood Valley, was arrested by Yuba City police about 3:10 p.m. Oct. 18 at an undis closed location on suspicion of posses sion of a dangerous weapon. He was booked into Sutter County Jail. . Loretta Fay Kelsey, 29, of the 20 block of East 12th Street, Marysville, was arrested by Marysville police about 6:50 p.m. Oct. 18 at her residence on suspi cion of battery to a police officer/emer gency person and corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. She was booked into Yuba County Jail. » Matthew Paul Post, 29, of the 300 block of Del Norte Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba City police about 2:55 p.m. Oct. 18 at his residence on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Sutter County Jail. Twyla Lynn Small, 30,of the 4800 block of Olivehurst Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by Yuba County sheriff's deputies about 5:25 p.m. Oct. 18 in the 6000 block of Lindhurst Avenue on sus picion of petty theft with priors. She was booked into Yuba County Jail. DRUNKEN DRIVING ARRESTS » David Arthur Gilbert Jr., 19, of the 2100 block of Holcomb Road, Yuba City, was arrested by California Highway Pa trol officers about 2:35 a.m. Oct. 19 at Wester and Ninth avenues, Olivehurst. He was booked into Yuba County Jail. . Thomas Michael Hickman, 28, of Nice, was arrested by California Highway Patrol officers about 11:05 p.m. Oct. 18 on Highway 20 west of Acacia Way, Sut ter. He was booked into Sutter County Jail. Kristy Denise Lyle, 19, of the 1300 block of El Dorado Lane, Yuba City, was arrested by California Highway Patrol of ficers about 4:30 a.m. Oct. 19 at Bridge and Shasta streets, Yuba City. She was booked into Sutter County Jail. , Jaswinder Singh, 30, of the 700 block of Gilly Road, Yuba City, was ar rested by California Highway Patrol of ficers about 1:45 am. Oct. 19 at High way 99 and Franklin Road, Yuba City. He was booked into Sutter County Jail. INJURY TRAFFIC COLLISIONS : California Highway Patrol officers re port a vehicle versus bicycle traffic collision about 3:35 p.m. Oct. 18 at Highway 65 and Evergreen Drive, Wheatland. Angel Valdez, 5, of Wheatland, sustained minor injuries after he tried to make a U-turn, went into the road and was struck by a car being driven by Betty Mylrea, 54, of Lin coln. Valdez was treated and released at Rideout Memorial Hospital, a hospital spokeswoman said. Mylrea was not in jured, the CHP reported. California Highway Patrol officers re port a solo traffic collison about 6:20 p.m. Oct. 18 on Hammonton Smartville Road west of Doolittle Road, near Beale Air Force Base. Rob ert J. Decroce, 23, of Beale Air Force Base, was westbound on Hammonton- Smartville Road at excessive speed when he went off the right shoulder, overcorrected, went off the left side and rolled the vehicle, the CHP reported. De croce was treated and released at Ride out Memorial Hospital, a hospital spokeswoman said. . California Highway Patrol officers re port a solo traffic collision about 1:15 am. Oct. 19 at North Beale Road and Linda Avenue. George Oscar, 45, of Marysville, was heading southbound across North Beale Road when he lost control of the vehicle, turning it sharply to the right and causing it to roll side to side. Oscar sustained minor injuries in the accident, but was not seen at Ride out Memorial Hospital, a hospital spokeswoman said. Oscar was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and booked into Yuba County Jail.
