John B. Kelley Cleared.A telegram was received • here Wednesday night stating tlitt .l-dui B. Kelley, on trial at Ft. Slt;-lt;tt. Kansas, for killing Win. Timmons had heen (leaved, The -hooting took place on the street- u! I t.! Scott on Aim. I I. K el lev was on-Iployed on the X. T. K. railroad, while Timmons wa a wiper at the round house at Ft. Seott. The two men had received their pay that day and wen* playing poker in one of the Ft. Scotl hotel-, both menwere drinking and Timmons ac-Teased Kellev with being intimatewith his wife, .this Kellev stoutly• *denied and a lt;piarrel followed, themen were seperated and left thehotel, when the street was reachedTimmons renewed tin* lt;|iiarrel anddrawing his revolver shot Kelley inthe neck.
