ADMINISTRATOR’S SALE.—Agreeable to an order of the Court of Ordinary of Oglethorpe county, will be sold before the Court-house door in Lexington, in said county, on the first Tuesday in DECEMBER next, bet we n the usual hours of sale, the following property, to wit: One Hundred and Fifty Acres of Land, be the same more or less, lying iu said county, on the waters of Cloud’s Creek, adjoining lauds of Selah Moody, deceased, Benjamin G. Webb, and others, it being the place where Mary Watson resided at the time of herdeath. kvAlso, one Negro Woman named Harriet, 20 years old,and her child about 10 months old, and Leah a young Negro Womanflfi years old, belonging to the estate of the late Mary Watson, deceased, and sold for the benefit of the hell's mitl creditor* of said deceased.
