A daughter for the Brian BertesAvery Faith Berte, daughter of Brian and Melissa, Berte of Bancroft, was bom Friday, September 25 (2004), in the Kossuth Regional Health Center at Algona. She weighed in at 7 lbs. 14 oz. and the second exciting thing about her birth is that she was born on the 50th birthday of her maternal grandmother, Joann Hildman of Algona. Avery has a big brother, Caden, who is three. Maternal grandparents are Bob and Joann Hildman of Algona. Amie and Mary Berte of Burt are the . paternal grandparents. Great-grandparents include Allen and Rosemary Vaske and Eleanor Berte, all of Bancroft, Irwin Hildman of Wesley and Howard and Ruth Meyers, Strawberry Point, Iowa. Brian is employed with Berte Repair and Melissa is with the Kemna Auto Center.
