Born, in Wyoming, Sept. 21, 1892. to Thurman II. Francis and wife, a girl. This being the first girl, its arrival was a great event. Grandpa John Francis went over to hold the bah/and was so elated that he went hpmo without his cane. Grandpa Perry Smith is inclined to the belief that its a good tiling for sore eyes to see a new baby.
