School House Burned.#A school house in Brown township was destroyed by fire Friday -night. The building was located in the east part of the township and'was knownas No. 1 or “Macedonia.” It waspractically a new building, having been erected about three years ago. It was a modern building, equipped with basement and furnace. The fire is supposed to have originated from the furnace. Insurance was carried. The school was taught by Miss Ruth Sanders of Brownsburg. Supt. Martin was unable to say what arrangements would be made for carrying on the school, but steps will be taken at once to provide a place for holding it.A WAR-TIME STORY.1 H. B.
