THE LATEST CRAZE.Lack of Postage on Some Postal Cards.Theee are the days when the postal clerks both in the postoffioes and the railway service have their troubles with souvenir cards. The leather cards appear to give the greatest trouble,especially to city postoffioes. For aone-cent stamp these souvenirs maybe sent thru the mails if the name ofthe sender, the.date of sending and the name of the town or city appears. If anything else appears on the side re verse trom the side.eontaining the address, a two-cent stamp must be used Often the sender adds a few words of sentiment and then fails to use a two-cent stamp. If the lull name of the sender is not * signed, the postalclerks must inform the person to whom the souvenir is addrest that a parcel is being held lor lack of postage. This is inconvenient to all parties concerned. The clerks in the Massillon postoffice express a desire that thepublic give attention to the souvenircard craze by seeing that each cardlias sufficient postage therer n beforeit* is given to the custody of the postoffice department.
