Mr. and Mrs. Michael Grainger of 457 Golden West Avenue, wish to announce the birth of their first child, Michael James, bom November 8, at Greater Memorial Bakersfield Hospital at 3:20 a.m. He weighed 8 lbs. 1 ounce and was 20 1/2 inches long.Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. William Grainger of Temple City and Mr. and Mrs. James Hunt of For-tuna. Great grandparents, are Mary Starrh of Shafter, Rolla Grainger of Bakersfield. Alice Burlaga of Eureka, and Russell and Lillian Hunt of Fortuna.
