Mr. and Mrs. Ear! Osterhage of Waterloo, Rt. 2, have announced the arrival of a baby girl, Sandra, born, Nov. 23 at St. Clements Hospital. Red Bud, Illinois. The baby tipped the scales at 7 pounds, 8 ounces. Mrs. Osterhage will be remembered as the former Miss Nadine Loewe. This is their first born. The first grandchild of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Loewe of Columbia and the first great grandchild of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Reichert of Columbia.
