—The concert to be given at Zion Baptist Church Thursday evening, by the Monroe Club, is promised to be a grand affair, as also the luucheon which is to be served daring the , day by the ladies of the club. The committee I in charge are the Monroe sisters, S. S. Adams 1 and R. H. Belsinger.Union Baptist Church will have a grand concert Friday evening, under the management of Mr. James Fowler, for the benefit of Polar Star Lodge, No. 1, Knights of Pythias.
