Concord.The judging team which inspected and determined the 1977 winners consisted of Morgan Bill” Evans of Malibu and Andrew' Gotten berg of Berkeley. Both are Fellows in the American Institute of Landscape Architects. Evans recently retired from Walt E. Disney Enterprises, where he served as the landscape architect for Disneyland and Walt Disney World.
