Two die in crashA private plane from Indiana crashed on take-off neai Mountain Home, Ark. Sunday, killing two of the four occupants. The four-seater Piper Cherokee Challenger, a singleengine craft, apparently was caught by a gust of wind and crashed into trees at the end of a runway of a private airstrip near a fishing camp, about 12 miles northwest of here. The dead were identified as Dr. Steven Slavin, 33, a Muncie, Ind., dentist and the plane’s pilot and Ronald Wiehe, Fort Wayne,Ind.
