Another transcript from the same docket and other papers in the case or The State of Ohio on relation of Adda Pitts vh David Young, Jr., haa I likewise blt;*«n filed. The case Is one of bastardy in which Adda Pitta, m Mil married woman, testified that oil April 10, 1915 she gave birth to an illegitimate child and that the defend* ant David Young, Jr., is the father of it. The defendant was brought into t he Justice's court and he pleaded not guilty. Ho was thereupon bound over tf the court of common pleaa in the sum of $400 which bond waa later given.
