IS NOT INSANE.Charles Culbertson Released atIndianapolis.Tuesday's Indianapolis Journal says: Judge Harvey, of Room* 2, superior court, yesterday passed on the habeas corpus suit of Charles Culbertson against the superintendent of police. The coart ordered Culbertson released. The proceedings grew out of Culbertson’s assault on Dr. W. B. Fletcher last summer Culbertson was arrested and a commission pronounced him to be of unsound mind.He brought suit for his release on the ground that he was not mentally unbalanced. The court gave it as his opinion that Culbertson’s act was “not necessarily that of an insane man. He felt a resentment against the doctor because he believed the physician had said and done certain things against him.” Some of these, the court said, were undisputed facts. He was of the opinion that any delusion Culbertson may have had has passed away.
