State of Wisconsin, in County Court, Portage County.In the Matter of the Adoption of Frances Nault, an Infant. Whereas, application by petition haa been made to the above named court, for the adoption by Merritt Worden and Rosalia Worden, his wife, of Frances Nault, an Infant female child, and, whereas, it appears to this court that the mother of said child is dead, and that father hus abandoned said child and is residence is now unbeknown.■Now, Therefore. Notice is Hereby Given to Frank Nault, the father of said Frances Nault, that at a regular term of the above named court, to be held on the first Tuesday in June, 1919, at 10 o'clock In the forenoon of said day, or as soon thereafter aB counsel can be heard, the petition of the above named petitioners for the adoption of Frances Nault as their child, will be heard and considered.Dated tills 3rd day of May, 1919.JOHN A.
