Macie Lynn Ahonen WAKEFIELD — Mark and Laura Ahonen, of Wakefield, are parents of a daughter, Macie Lynn Ahonen, born April 30, 2003, at 12:55 p.m. at “The Birth Place,” Grand View Hospital, Ironwood. Macie weighed 8 pounds and was 20 1/2 inches long at birth. Maternal grandparents are David and Cheri Brentar; great-grandparents, Max and Sylvia LaMaide; and great-great-grandmother, Helen LaMaide. Paternal grandparents are Dan and Bev Ahonen. Nolan David LaVarnway RAMSAY — Mike and Heather LaVarnway, of Ramsay, are parents of a son, Nolan David LaVarnway, born May 4, 2003, at 10:06 a.m. at “The Birth Place,” Grand View Hospital, Ironwood. Nolan weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces, and was 19 inches long at birth. He joins two brothers, Justin and Ethan. Maternal grandparents are Dick and Karen Sherwood, Owatonna, Minn. Paternal grandparents are Roy and Noleen LaVarnway, Kingsford, Mich. Alisa Ann BeBeau BESSEMER — Janelle Allen and Matt BeBeau, of Bessemer, are parents of a daughter, Alisa Ann BeBeau, born May 3, 2003, at Memorial Medical Center,Ashland, Wis. Alisa weighed 7 pounds, 12 1/2 ounces, and was 20 1/2 inches long at birth. Grandparents are Paula and Larry Allen, Ironwood, and Dawn and Jack BeBeau, Bessemer. Maternal great-grandparents are Rose (Wayne) Pelkola, and Fran and Don Kim, all of Kimball, Wis, and Larry Allen, Montana. Paternal great-grand parents are Helen (Harold) Storch and Gloria and Jerry BeBeau, all of Glid den, Wis. Maternal great-great-grandmothers are Helvie (Pick) Pelkola, Kimball, Tynne (Ray) Kiv, Hurley, and Bernice (Clarence) Allen, Ironwood. Paternal great-great-grandfather is Bernie (Rosella) BeBeau, Glidden. Thomas William Zacharkiw BESSEMER — Jim and Tammy Zacharkiw, of Bessemer, are parents of a son, Thomas William Zacharkiw, born April 29, 2003, at Howard Young Medical Center, Woodruff, Wis. Thomas joins a brother, Aaron, and sister, Anna, both 6. Maternal grandmother is Sue Selin, Bessemer. Paternal grandparents are Bill and Eileen Zacharkin, Kimberly, Wis. Devyn Lynn Garner WOODRLUFF, Wis. — Dave and Leanne Garner, of Woodruff, are parents of a daughter, Devyn Lynn Garner, born April 28, 2003, at Howard Young Medical Center, Woodruff. Devyn joins a sister, Alex, 4, and brother, Tyler, 2 1/2. Grandparents are Wendy and Terry Collins, Ironwood, Robert R. Baldauf, Mercer, Wis., and the late Gregory Garner, Marshfield, Wis. Great-grandparents are William Martens, Marlowe Linden, and Mary and the late Robert R. Baldauf, all of Mercer.
