Francis Silas Chatard, Bishop of the diocese of Vincennes, officiated at mass at Holy Trinity Catholic church, after which he administered the sacrament of confirms* tion to a class of sixty-three persons— twenty-eight girls, twenty-three boys and twelve adults. The distinguished prelate was assisted in the solemn and impressive services by the Rev. John B.
