Twin Sons Arrive For GarciasLyndell and Rosela Oarcia, formerly of Holbrook and now residing in Phoenix, welcomed twin sons on Wednesday, Apr. 28 at a Phoenix hospital. Joseph Dean weighed five pounds and five ounces, and David James weigh* ed five pounds, four ounces. The boys were the couple's first children. Oarcia had been a patrolman with the Holbrook Police Department. The maternal grandparents are David A. and Mary Najar, and the paternal grandparents are the late Joe and Ina Oarcia.
