TRIPLETS,We have been reliably informed that on Ij#££ Saturday night, Mrs. C. Racine “Root, who liv.es with her husband near the Wabash river and a short dist-anre from Rochester, 111., presented him with a trio of baby girls, two of which are now living and with the mother is progressing nicely.We have read of several instance where birth had been given to triplets, but this is the first one that we have ever heard of in Gibson county. Gharjey has a large number of friends M tiiis vicinity, and when he makes his appearance in OwensviHe with a load of •p-jitor melons there will be a slim chancehim ever reaching the car with a “full count.” May health and happiness accompany the remaining two young Judies through all their lives is the wish of the Uleankk.Latek :—Report was received here Friday that the mother died on Thursday, but as yet two of the triplets are in u healthy state.
