Mrs. Rakushin is the former Billie Eileen McClelland, daughter of Mrs. Ruth McClelland of Republic, and the lale Clyde E. McClelland. Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Michael Rakushin of National Pike East, Brownsville. Violet Van Sickle of Republic Is the great grandmother. Mr. Rakushin is a member of the Strath era High School faculty.Mr. and Mrs. Tom Slefariein of Uniontown, are birthday celebrants today.
