MRS. NANCY HACKLEMAN.This is the latest likendss of the oldest American in Fayette county. She rode in today’s parade, at the head of the great column, alongside Masted Eugene Earl Koch,' who is not quite two years old. Others accompanied them, but this grand old lady, and this charming mite of a boy, representing .between them, the early Nineteenth and—prospective upon the life of the child—the latter end of the Twentieth Century, were, as was expected and intended, the objects of chief attention. They represented the'old and the new—and they were~alike Americans. Cheers greeted them in their progress through the avenue, and good wishes went with them from the banked masses on both sides.
