The annual election of officers occurs in West Madison to-day. As politics does not enter into the contest and none of the nominees have any opposition, the following officers will be elected : James lilack tirst and James Denton third Trustee; John F. Ham-mell, Treasurer; l’eter Lob rig, Clerk ; William Cowan, Marshal.
