ry Ir-I*15SdanKelly Sentenced 21 Years..Tames Kelly, the murderer of Samuel Monday, was sentenced to 21 years imprisonment last Saturday, by the jury in I b the case. The jury was out about eighteen hours. The tragedy occurred, it will be remembered, at .Tones saloon. Richland, April 14. 1893. The defence argued for a new trial on Saturday, before special Judge W. A. Land, of Oan-nekon, on a technicality of the law: but the new hearing was not granted. Kelly will probably be taken Monday to the JeJl'ersonville penitentiary for imprisonment.
