Nebraska, w'here she lived until ]9i7 when they came to Beatrice where her husband and son Lloyd engaged in the grocery business on South 6th street and has since resideil m Beatrice. She is the mother of ten children and ha.s cared for d grandchildren as her own.Sho saw the Rock Island railroad surveyed from Horton to Nelson. Nehr.. anlt;! Mr. Wright helped to move the first house which %vas used as home and store m the country into what is now the town of Ruskin. Nebr. She experienced many of the harlt;lships of pioneer life hut all along the . way she has alwa\s been cheerful, ready and willing to help others . and greet them with a smiie.
