50th Wedding AnniversaryMr. and Mrs. Herman Beard of Glenn, Mlcb-.-fonaerly of Kokomo will observe their 50th. wedding anniversary with a reception this Sunday in the home of their, son, Earl. Beard, 1016 E.-Monroe St The hour is from 2 to 5 p.m;The couple was married March 26, 1911. They are the parents of nine children,. Herman Beard Jr; of - Chicago, m., Sgt Ivy rLeeBeard who is stationed at Turners Air Force Base, Albany, Ga., Mrs. Alice Vanwinkle of Wheatly, Ark-,' Mrs- Ann Patterson of Aurora, M, Tommy James Beard of Indianapolis, Earl Beard, Willie Beard, Mrs. Julia Jessup and Ernest Beard, all of Kokomo.They are the grandparents of 26 children and seven great grandchildren.
