MISS GERTRl'DE HOWARTH.Special to The Inquirer.GLOUCESTER CITY, March 19.-ln honor of her eighteenth birthday. Miss Gertrude Howarth was tendered a freedom party at her mother’s home, 4J24 South King street, tonight by two score of friends. The evening was made a pleasant one, and after enjoying music and singing a banquet was served.At the close the voung woman was presented with several presents.
