Funeral Rites Held For Delmas HaneyFuneral services for Delmas L. Haney, 59, 2308 Plum, prominent Hays attorney, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in St. Michael’s Episcopal Church. Rev. David T. Agnew officiated. The Hays American Legion conducted graveside services at Mt. Allen cemetery.Haney died about 9:30 a.m. Sunday at his home.Active pallbearers were Gene Baird, P. F. Felten, Clayton Flood, Alfred Harkness, Vernon Meckel and Don E. Pratt. Honorary pallbearers were Ed Madden, Vivian Meckel, Scotty Philip, Glenn Swogger, E. H. Titus and Don K. Wells.Mall’s Mortuary Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
