Oliphant, of Paw-huska, announce the bjrth of a son this morning, at 101 East Seventh St., where Mrs. Oliphant is spending a fortnight.The baby has been named Charles Winfield, honoring his maternal grandfather and an uncle.Mrs. Oliphant, who previous to her marriage two years ago, was Miss Carol Stephens, is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Stephens, of Pawhus-ka, arid has a wide state acquaintance, and a number of friends in the city.Heigho!
