Obituary of Wm, MundforxnWilliam Mundfrom, a resident of Nashua for mo it: than thirty* live years, died at his lmme here on March 1 after being confined to his lied for ouiy three days, suffering from a paralytic stroke. His health bad been poorly for several years.Deceased was born in Cookcounty, Illinois, June 2j, ik«i4.He was Die son ol Frederick and Dorothy Mundfrom. When threeyears of age he tame with his parents to iowa, settling on a fa nu near Denver in Urowercounty. This was liis home untillie grew to manhood. He was confirmed Apiil id, 1»79, in the Kvangelieal Lutheran church neat Siegel by Castor Albeit,On January, !!5, IS'JO, Mr. Mundfrom was united in marriage to Miss Mary Hcbtiuistein, itev. Albert performing the ceremony.This marriage was blessed withfour sons. Due son, Jesse, pie-ceded him in death.He and ilia wife lived on a farm near Frederiku for about nine years. Due to ill health they moved to W'atei loo, slaying there for one year. They then purchased a home in Nashua, where they have since resided, Mr, Mundfrom worked for the Illinois Central H. It. and later as a drayman until !!lt;1N when he was forced to retire from active work because of rheumatism. in 1929 he was struck by an automobile while crossing the street and from then on heteemed to gradually decline, tho he did work and help around thehome as much as he was able. He was confined to his bed for but three days, having had a stroke of paralysis, The end came about nine o’clock Sunday evening, March 1, 1936.He Is survived by his wife and three sons, Walter, William andJohn; his four brothers anil two sisters having all prtccd ♦*1 I him death. His age at the time of death was 71 years, s months and 5 days.Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 4, at St, John’s Lutheran church, Rev. C.
