Carver Center NewsRepresentative teams of the East Jefferson street Elks, The American Legion Post 177, The Perfect Equipment Corporation, and Carver Community Center are entered in the All-Kokomo basketball tournament to be held Sunday, March 11, at Carver center.At 2 o'clock the Elks will be pitted against the Carver Clippers. In the second game Perfect Equip-; meat will play the Legionaires. The two winners meet for the championship at 7:45 at night.Nearly 40 local men will participate in this tourney. The following have been invited to play on the various teams: Robert Tyler, Joel Tender, Henry Whitfield, Paul Waters, Dennis Johnson, Charles.
