—Martin Weber, of The Hiram Davis Carriage Company* has tiled an amended petition, in which he charges that Mr. Davis appropriated to his otfn use the following sums from the business oh the accompanying dates: January 1, 1886, $2,687 16; January L 1887, $3,887 47, aud September 12, 1887, $4,250 50. Hence, plaintiff asks Judgment for 811,420 03 and interest from the several dates. C. W. Cowan.
