MARGARET ROBERTSON ROUNDS OUT 84TH YEAR.Sunday, February 28th was Mrs, Margaret Robertson’s birthday and was remembered and quietly celebrated by her children, grand-chil-dren and great grand-childrcn, who once more gathered neath the old 1 roof-tree to again taste the joys of jiOme coming and to congratulate t mother and grandmother on reach-ting this her 84th year, with health Sind vigor seldom allotted to one of gner years. She had not expected to * socially observe the day, hut her Children had not failed to remember that “February 2Stli is mother's birthday,” and so she was much St surprised when the sound of the auto L announced the arrival of children ^fUrho, living farther away, can come ^lomo only at longer intervals. ig£'.;v Margaret Robertson is the mother gtiof twelve children, ten of whom are -still living, Charles, Baker, Smith, I^SVilliani, Taylor, Don't, Johnie, Sam-Jesse, Ceorgo, Lizzie and Louis, husband, John Robertson, and sons, Taylor and Johnie, await coming in that land of eternal /Joys, where words of parting are Jlfgaever spoken Wfy'-' :The dinner preparations were tak-charge by “mother's girls,M .pall of Whom are post graduates in all Ilf,the arts of good cooking and at the ^ibon hour all were gathered around table to partake of such a feast p?pof: good things as, we think, are to M^e.-had and enjoyed only here in the ||ppld Robertson home, where Margaret ^plRobertson has presided at its well-lIpBPread table for a period of 67 years.l,art ^le afternoon was spent, easant converse, often partaking reminiscent memories of days P^Agone.
