Mrs. Williams Krebs placed second and Mrs. Donald Krebs, third in the local contest.IEntering the Lorain-eo music contest at Clearview High school from Firelands High school were: Sharon Klinger, vocal solo; Kenneth Hufnagle, piano solo; Martha Niggle, Martha Henning, Patsy McQueen, clarinet trio; Lewis Meyer, Raymond Braun, Emo-gene Schlechter, Thomas Howe, Jane Phillips, Eleanor Sayler, brass sextet. From Firelands Junior High were: Judy Graham, Joyce Kneisel, Ruth Setch, Megan Ellison, * saxophone quartet; Edis Peasley, Onalee Meyer, Merry Jo Thompson, Erma Logan, clarinet quartet; Ruth Baumann, Roberta Breisck, Sue Elliot, Betsy McDowell, clarinet quartet; Virginia Niggle, clairnet solo; Onalee Meyer, piano solo.A box social will be held at Henrietta Evangdlical - ReformedChurch Friday night, sponsored by the Women's Guild.
