COURT NOTES.Thin in the last week of Court. Anum-bor of 0*808 have been disposed of, and enough continued to consume a half term.In the case of the State vs. Dr. Charles Willigman. indicted for arson, which was tried last week on a change of venue trom Owen county, the Jury found the defendant guilty, and he was sentenced to eighteen months imprisonment in the penitentiary and a tine of one dollar. I He is said to have been at one time well -off, and a physician of pronilHe. He still protests that he is innocent, and attributes his downfall to opium, whisky andmoney.
