Mr. and Mrs. Norman Ray Farmer announce the birth of a son born June 24 at Valley View Hospital. They have two other children, Tammy, 5, and Sherwin, 3. The new baby has been named Kerwin Tod. Mrs. Fanner is the former Betty Ann Cole. Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Tom Martin, Byng. Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Sid Isaacs, Ada.
