I * The following were disposed of onthe congested docket. j jBeulah S- Thomas vs Phillip J. , Thomas, verdict for plaintiff, decree j j of divorce final. jA jury upheld the will of (he late L. T. Bailey, Wilson county farmer, who died in April, 1931, today holding that the deceased was of j ysound mind when he signed the; document. Bertha Bailey Boykin „ and RoBa Bailey Boykin, daughters of the deceased, sought to break the will and alleged in their complaint j „ that their father did not have the»t’ capacity to execute a will at thej time the document was drawn and that undue influence aud duress had (J been sought on him. Approximately $20,000 in cash and property was involved, and this went to his widow a and five other children with the ex-jn ception of a 37 acre tract of land to Rosa and 130 in cash to Bertha.iiV.tioCe
