—Mitchell Ray was honoredwith a birthday party Tuesday at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs, Charles Langel, to celebrate his first birthday and 21 guests were present. They were from Evansdale, Oelwein, Hazleton, Maynard and Independence. All guests won a prize playing'games. The door prize went to his aunt, Mrs. Bill Mattocks, He received many nice gifts. His mother assisted by Wi-h Taylor, Evansdale, served ice cream and cake.
