First Child BornMr. and Mrs. Dennis Bays of 104 1-2 Crescent St. have announced the birth of their first lild, a daughter, born Monday, Jun.; 21 in the Raleigh General Hospital. She weighed six pounds, one and a half ounce, and has been named MistiAnne.The mother is the former Mary Jo McClung, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Max McClung of Mount Hope, and the father is the son of Mrs. Lucille Bays of Beckley, and Van Bays of Bradley.
