4 JOPLIN DRAFTEES SENT TO CALIFORNIAFort Leavenworth, Kan,, June 24, —VP)—A special train carrying 400 selective service trainees from Mis* souri, Nebraska, Kansas and Iowa left today for Camp Roberts, San Miguel, Calif., where they will receive 13 weeks' basic training at the infantry replacement center there before assignments to other units.Among the draftees from Missouri were Justin Marshall, James Warten, Rex Titus and Ernest Claussen of Joplin.
