The seventy-fourth birthday of W. Z. Walmfiley, 1251 North Calhoun street, wae observed Sunday by about forty of the relatives with a picnic in FaJrvlew park. Some of the relatives were from a distance, some of them coming from Indianapolis. At noon, a chicken dinner, prepared by Mrs, Milton Bergen and Mrs, Frank Baugher, two of Mr. Walmsley's daughters, was served.An orchestra made up entirely of members of the family furnished music during the afternon and In addition to this, there was a program of talk$ and ''stunts'1. It was planned to make this bo annual affair. The families present were those of Milton Bergen, Frank Baugher, Charles Walmsley, Walter walmsley, Herbert Walmeley. Frank Williams, D. Baldwin, Fred Leslie, Mrs. T. M. Barnett, Mrfi. Carrie Watkins. L. M, Baugh er and Mre. Thompson of Chicago.Earl and Claud Walmsley both of Detroit, sons of Mr. Waimsley were unable to attend.
