CLUB HEARS OF CARD SHOWERPlans to send cards to Charles Barnett at Tower Park Nursing Home in observance of his 85th birthday, June 25, were announced when the Friendly Neighbors Club of Givin met recently with Mrs. Delmar Lee and Mrs. John Rod well as hostesses. This is to be a community-sponsored project.Mrs. Harold Davis, president, opened the meeting where Mrs. Delmar Lee gave devotions from Romans. Eight members and three children were in attendance.The next meeting will be July 8 with Mrs. Tony Rodwell and Mrs. Louis Rodwell as hostesses. Mrs. Eugene Den Hartog will give devotions.
