UNew Methodist Instrument Will Be \Ready for Use Sunday. VA representative of The News sue* reeded in making an entrance to the new Methodist church ttiin afternoon,although ihc doors were locked to keep people out in order that it might be quiet for the work of tuning the new pipe organ. And not being thrown out, he remained a short time and lis tened. The Vox Humana pipes, imi. tatiou of the human voice, were being tuned, and the tones were beautiful and in many instances excellent imi tations of the human voice..Mr. R. \V. Jackson, of the Burlington Pije Organ company, who is tun itig the instrument, gave a few demon Strattons of the power and richness of the organ tones. The instrument has a volume sufficient to fill an auditorium very much larger than the church,and the tones are rich and powerful. The softer tones are very beautiful, and the instrument considered a superior one. In design it harmonizes withthe rest of the interior and gives a handsome finish to the large auditor-Workmen who are tuning the organ worked until one o'clock last night. It is said it will be entirel}ready for use next Sunday, which isdedication day. The church is just about finished and furnished complete now. Many commencement visitors were in the church Wednesday evening. when it was lighted and thrownopen for the inspection of visitingguests.
