SevernPatrick and Lilly Severn or Council Bluffs are the proud parents of a son born May 13, 1991, at Clarkson Hospital in Omaha.August Wayne weighed eight pounds, 13 1/2 ounces, and is the couple’s first child.Grandparents are Gary and Virginia Richardson of Pacific Junction, Erna LaSala of Council Bluffs, Dan and Connie Severn of Glenwood, and Oscar Burnett of Grand Island and the late Patricia Burnett. Great-grandparents are Shirlee Shrlmplln of Minnesota, Gerald Richardson of Thurman and the late Susie Richardson.Great-great grandparents are Dave and Cecil Richardson of Bartlett.
