KAN CHARGED WITH BURGLARY OF NICKELS HOME HAY BE SENTENCED SATURDAY. SECOND CASE OF KINO IN SHORT TINEGoorge Tlmmer, carferry matt arrested two weeks ago when he vas found on the porch at the homo of Geore Nickels attempting to force an entrance to the house and who pleadednot guilty tn municipal court,, declaring that he had no recollection of his acts, has recovered his memory and is now ready to plead guilty and take sentence.Tlmmer decided upon this course an hour after he had been bound over to circuit court by Municipal Judge Schmidt but the case was closed in municipal court and Timmer must petition circuit court to hear his plea. He has asked District Attorney Schmitzto arrango for his appearance.The case is the second within a month in which a defendant charged with crime has been bound over by Municipal court and then petitioned circuit court for a chance to plead guilty and be sentenced. The other case was that of Bert Sweeney, who confessed to an attempt to hold up the Victoria hotel. S-weeney denied Illsguilt at the preliminary hearing butafter being bound over decided to ftlead guilty and was given IS months at the reformatory,Timmer waB charged with burglary of a dwelling in the night time, a crime carrying a minimum penalty of three vears. The charge may be changed.
