Five Winners In Kiddies' Parade At PennellvillePHOENIX - The kiddies parade Thursday night started off the firemen’s field days being held by Pennellville firemen. Costuming of the youngsters was so outstanding that the judges named five winnersrather than the three originally intended. In first place was Kathy Jones, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Jones Jr., followed by Patty Nelson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred Nelson, Jr.; Sherri Bal-com, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Francis Balcom; Kim Babcock, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bradley Babcock and Keith Daniels, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roderick Kinney.The second feature of the evening was the women’s push ball contests and in those contests Phoenix firemen’s auxiliary placed first and Scriba auxiliary second.Tonight the men’s push ballcontests will take place and queen of the field days will be selected.Saturday the field day opens at 2 p.m. with free rides forchildren from 2 to 2:30. The! parade Saturday is scheduled : for 7 p.m.
