Harvest Yields Bounty for FoxWhile harvesting oats, Lowell Krape, of Zion, Pa., inadvertently supplied a red fox with two consecutive evening meals.Krape noticed a red fox running ahead of his combine. The noise of the machine chased out a rabbit, which the fox caught for his meal. • The next night. Krape returned to his field to finish the harvest. The fox was there waiting. It ran in front of the combine. When it spotted a rabbit, it got its second meal. ;Curious, Krape decided to visit the field the next night, even . though it was now bare. There the fox sat, waiting for another meal.
