Miss Elsie Spencer to' Blair Strop, son of Mr. and Mrs. J William Strop. of South Buffalo township. The twedding took place on May 21 at Cumberland. Md The couple was accompanied by the bride’s mother. The bride was charm ingly gowned in a peach colored flat crepe dress. She is a popular young ladv of this community and up until recently was employed at the Kit-tanning General Hospital. The bride groom is employed on the barges at the Clinton dam.
