• Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Joseph Nalepka of Coolspring have announced the birth of their second child, a daughter. She was born Monday in JJniontown Hospital, weighing 9 pounds 8 ounces. September Joy is the name chosen for the infant. She has a brother, Brian Shane, who is two years old. Mrs. Nalepka is the former Carla Mitchell and Mr. Nalepka is employed with U. S. Steel Corp., Clairton. grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. James Mitchell of Union-town and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Nalepka of Fairbank. Great grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. 'Erman Hoff of Coolspring and Mrs. James Mitchell of Uniontown.
