SHE IS MOTHEROF 26 CHILDRENFormer Kenton Woman Is Said To Hold the Record.Nineteen times has Mrs. William Moore of this place gone down into the valley of the shadow of death to usher into life a tiny babe; seven times twins were born to her, making twenty-six children in all. That is the mother record for all America, says a dispatch from Union City, Michigan.Born in Columbiana county, Ohio, August 20, 1863, she, a fourteen-year-old country girl, married a young farmer named Wilkinson, at Bellefontaine, Ohio, in 1877. They had one baby, a girl. The father died and the widow married William Moore, also a farmer, at Kenton, Ohio, in 1881.In 1883, Mrs. Moore had her second child, a boy A girl, the twenty-sixth child, wafi born to her June 2, 1911.Only twelve of the children arealive. Five daughters are married and have made Mrs Moore a grandmother to fifteen children.
